Dana Saved Our Spring Break!

We figured out last minute that both my wife and I had time off for spring break. We scoured high and low trying to find a spot available on a cruise that was leaving San Francisco and could not find a spot. I have no idea how I came across Dana, but I figured I’d throw a dart and see if it stuck. I emailed her asking if they possibly had a way to get us on this cruise, and she called me within minutes of me sending that email. Long story short, Dana got us on a wait list with Princess and had us booked on the cruise with an upgraded cabin for a fantastic price within a week. She also helped us troubleshoot a few things here and there before the trip. Dana’s level of service was unbelievable. I thought good customer service died years ago, but I was very wrong. I highly recommend using Dana and will definitely hit her up the next time we can go on vacation!
